Paule Villard is a retired police sergeant, former commissioner, educator, and community leader who has dedicated her life to serving and inspiring others. Born in Haiti and raised with strong values of faith, discipline, and perseverance, she later moved to Miami and worked hard to achieve her dreams through education, public service, and leadership.
Throughout her career, Paule has mentored children, supported families, and encouraged young people to believe in themselves no matter where they come from. Her passion for empowering the next generation inspired her to write The Girl Who Believed She Could, a heartfelt children’s book that teaches confidence, courage, kindness, and the power of dreaming big.
Through her story, Paule hopes every child will understand that with faith, hard work, and determination, anything is possible.
