Trinity Publishing Press offers editing, formatting, proofreading, publishing, marketing, bookstore listing, and related author services. Each service has its own scope, deliverables, schedule, and pricing, which are described in the service agreement or order confirmation.

• Editing and proofreading services refine your manuscript, improve clarity, and correct grammar while preserving your author voice.
• Formatting prepares your book for print, eBook, and audiobook distribution with professional layout, metadata, and technical compliance.
• Publishing services include ISBN registration, file preparation, cover setup, and distribution to retail and library channels.
• Marketing services may include book promotion, launch campaigns, metadata optimization, and advertising to help readers discover your title.
• Bookstore listing services may include publishing your title to the Trinity Bookstore, enabling order fulfillment, and managing royalty reporting.
• Each service may have additional terms, and the applicable service agreement or purchase order is part of these terms.

The Trinity Bookstore showcases books published through our services and selected title partners. Books may be available in print, eBook, or audiobook formats, and authors may receive royalty payments based on sales.

• Listing a book in the Trinity Bookstore is typically free for authors; any eligible royalties are paid according to the author agreement.
• Bookstore transactions are processed through our secure checkout and may include shipping, taxes, and handling fees.
• Product pricing, shipping costs, returns, and order fulfillment are governed by the bookstore terms and the third-party storefront provider.
• We do not guarantee sales, rankings, or placement in the bookstore, and authors retain responsibility for promoting their work.
• Titles may be removed from the bookstore if they violate our policies or if the author agreement terminates.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.
• Respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
• Use the services only for permitted purposes and not to post abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.

All fees are due as stated in your service agreement or bookstore order confirmation. We accept payments through our secure checkout and may suspend services for unpaid balances.

• Service fees are typically non-refundable after work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
• Bookstore purchases, shipping, and taxes are processed at the time of sale and are governed by the bookstore terms.
• Authors earning through the Trinity Bookstore receive royalties in accordance with their author agreement and the published royalty schedule.
• Any payment disputes or royalty questions should be raised within 14 days of the transaction or statement.

You retain ownership of your manuscript, creative work, and publishing rights unless you agree otherwise in a separate agreement.

• We may use your submitted content only as needed to provide the requested services.
• We do not claim ownership of your original work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Publishing Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question.
• We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or results.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, provide false information, or misuse our services.

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations already incurred.

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new terms.
